Another great method to increase vertical jump is plyometric training. Plyometric training is a series of movements that tighten certain muscle tissue. It also trains the nerves to deliver a specific pattern muscle contractions to generate the most strength in the least amount of time. It trains the muscle to contract and deliver the most explosive output before you think about it.

Have you guys seen that workout by BoingVERT, Jack Woodrup of VerticalJumping.com praised it, and saying it best thing on market....just wanted to hear your thoughts before I decide on what path to take.
